Being zoned ETJ, means its currently considered outside of city limits so it’s not bound by the typical zoning restrictions of Runaway Bay. Water and sewer connections are located on the property; however, the city of Runaway Bay currently has a moratorium on new water and sewer connections. The existing water plant in Runaway Bay is at 99% capacity. At the time of this post, the expected completion time for the new water plant is sometime in late 2021. They are also planning an upgrade to the existing plant within the same time frame.
